Cinnamon Roll
- 125 ml Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 25 g Sugar
- 140 g Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 g Dry Yeast
Filling
- 40 g Butter
- 40 g Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Frosting (Vanilla)
- 1 cup Icing Sugar
- 15 g Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Dairy Cream /Milk
Instructions
Heat in a pan:
- 125 ml milk
- + 30 grams butter
- + 25 grams Sugar
- Heat until just short of boiling. DO NOT BOIL.
- Remove from the heat and let it cool until warm. Add Yeast and mix in.
In a separate bowl, whisk together:
- 140 grams flour
- + 1/4 tsp baking powder
- + 1/4 tsp baking soda
- + 1/4 tsp salt.
